• Detect abuse, comply with law, and improve the Platform

• With verified operators as part of core report-search functionality

• When legally required or to protect rights/safety
• In connection with mergers or business transfers

We do not sell personal information for third-party marketing purposes.

4. Renter Information

Renter data submitted by operators is used to support risk-aware rental decisions by verified operators. Individuals may submit disputes for inaccurate records.

Operator account data is retained while active and for a reasonable legal/business period thereafter. Report data may be retained indefinitely unless removed through dispute resolution or policy enforcement.

6. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards (including encrypted transport and access controls), but no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tools for sessions, preferences, and platform analytics. Disabling cookies may limit functionality.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
