this place is terrible. The management and the staff are incompetent. they dont care about you. the company that owns the building is bankrupt. the maintenance men are creepy and sit in the garage and smoke and watch girls walk in and out. the elevator is always disgusting (has vomit and urine in it) if it is working ( most of the time it is not). the apartment is overpriced and small. one you sign they will not help you. the manager is never available. the grounds are poorly kept. the apartment is only concerned with getting every nickel and dime possible out of you. they also manage austin avenue flats. do not live here!!!
