Camden Lake Pine

I will be brief but precise. I requested a new dishwasher 6 times in the 14 months I stayed at camden lake pine in Apex,NC. One time a very young man (20-21) stopped by while the dishwasher was empty. He ran the dishwasher for a few moments and said that "the water reaches the upper rack so they wont replace it. I also asked for a replacement fridge due to terrible cooling issues (also never repaired or replaced) The only time maintenance came around to repair something was when an emergency was reported, such as water damage. Even then the carpet guys they hire do a half-ass job. We had moldy carpets for months after the water damage.

Customer service is not great but better than actual maintenance service, which isn't saying much. The place is kind of a dive. If you do decide to rent an apt. here be sure you rent a renovated apt. The only reason I moved there was because of my dog who is on the restricted breed list and camden lake pine accepts all dogs. If you don't get a renovated apt. be sure you seriously check out everything in the apt. to make sure stuff isn't broken and ***check to make sure the cleaning people actually cleaned*** I still have pictures of the caramelized stuff that was in the refrigerator and under the edges of the counter tops.

***Moving out!! Be prepared to pay these people to move out of your apt. I gave them the required 60 day notice and still have a bill from them. Something called a rent through notice that they're billing me $45 for. Other stupid little bills are also there but I am fighting the good fight!! Hope this helps some.
