Beautiful, well kept apartments. Landlord is beyond helpful - small management is the best! Nabe is also great, super quiet, super safe. Multiple parking lots close by, one of which is just at the corner. Many nice supermarkets and bodegas near by, even more restaurants, bars, night life, movie theatres, everything that you would expect from a bustling NY nabe. <1 minute walk to M/R trains (Steinway stop).
